Who we are
This policy covers the cltdrycleaners.com website and the CLT Dry Cleaners mobile app, operated by BND Holding LLC, 562 River Hwy, Mooresville, NC 28117. Questions: info@cltdrycleaners.com or 704-658-1777.
The mobile app
The CLT Dry Cleaners app does not collect, store or share personal information itself, and it does not use analytics or advertising tracking. When you tap a button to log in, schedule a pickup or create an account, the app opens our customer portal, provided by our point-of-sale provider, SMRT Systems. There you may enter your name, email address, phone number and pickup address, and the portal keeps your order history. We use this information only to clean, track and deliver your orders and to contact you about them. It is sent over an encrypted connection, it is not sold, and it is not shared for advertising. Phone, email and map buttons open the apps on your device.
The website
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and clicks such as calls or pickup bookings).
- Contact and complaint forms: the name, phone number, location, ticket number and message you send are emailed to us through FormSubmit so we can reply. We use them only to respond to you.
- Nearest-location suggestion: the login page may estimate your general area from your internet connection using GeoJS (it sends your IP address for that lookup) to suggest the closest counter. If your browser already allows this site to use your location, it uses that instead. We do not store the result.
- Maps: the login page loads map tiles from OpenFreeMap and NC OneMap.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
